Started in an Engineering College 🎓

Our story begins at Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, where two Mechatronics students with a passion for innovation identified a fundamental problem: talented students were compromising their designs due to limited fabrication resources.

With our personal 3D printer, we began offering printing services at cost price - charging only for the filament used. Our goal wasn't profit; it was empowering genuine innovators who previously couldn't afford to bring their ideas to life.

As word spread, project quality improved and innovation flourished. This grassroots movement caught the attention of local startups and incubation centers, who saw in our work a solution to their own prototyping challenges.

Our Vision

Inspired by Japan's transformation, where innovation thrives with approximately one business for every 40-50 people, we're making advanced manufacturing and robotics accessible to everyone in India.

Today, we're expanding beyond 3D printing into robotics and automation - not to replace human workers, but to create new opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship. We're building a future where the only limit to innovation is imagination, not access to technology.

Neelash Kannan

Neelash Kannan

Founder of Robonium

As founder of Robonium, I combine my background in mechatronics and robotics research to drive innovation in mobile robotics and additive manufacturing. With experience ranging from international competitions to published research and real-world product development, I lead our team in creating smart, reliable automation solutions. At Robonium, my mission is to bridge advanced engineering with practical design to solve complex challenges and shape the future of intelligent systems.

Production Team

Engineers & Technicians

We calibrate and maintain our multi-material 3D printing fleet, optimizing slicing settings, extruder temperatures, and feed rates to ensure precise layer adhesion and dimensional accuracy.

Using statistical process control metrics and digital inspection tools, we verify each part meets tolerance thresholds (±0.1 mm) and perform post-processing operations such as support removal and surface polishing.

Design Team

Specialists

Our specialists leverage CAD and simulation software to optimize part geometries for additive manufacturing, performing support structure planning, part orientation analysis, and lattice generation to improve build success rates.

They conduct finite element analysis and generative design workflows to validate mechanical performance, adjust tolerances, and ensure seamless integration with downstream assembly processes.
